Our Story
JM Prime Renovations was founded in 2024 with the goal of raising the standard of reliability and professionalism in the renovation industry.
Before establishing the company, founder Juan Muñoz accumulated more than seven years of hands-on field experience across multiple construction trades including siding, roofing, drywall, tile work, plumbing, and electrical installations.
Working directly on job sites provided a clear understanding of the challenges many homeowners face when hiring contractors: poor communication, missed deadlines, inconsistent quality, and lack of accountability.
JM Prime Renovations was created to solve those problems.
Today, the company continues to grow by delivering organized project management, precise craftsmanship, and dependable service to homeowners and commercial clients across Northern New Jersey.

Picasso and the two Juans painted my entire house indoors and out. The work was great. They showed up every day as agreed and kept the price as agreed even though it took longer than expected. No damage to anything. Even did repairs as they noted them. Definitely recommend the team.

Juan and his team were amazing. He demoed our outdated den built in closets. Rebuilt a new closet perfect for our needs. We had to move some existing Hvac ducts and build around some existing speaker wiring and power supply. His work was great, on time, and on budget and they were super clean.
